A. Timeframes vary depending on the nature of your proposal. Some minor requests, such as those for relaxation on carports can take as few as 3-6 weeks. Other lodgements for smaller structures such as granny flats can take about 2 months. Where a project proposes elements that require public advertising, applications can take 6 months or more.
Q. CAN I BUILD A GRANNY FLAT AT MY HOME?
